Ms Emma Ball has been a fully qualified Nurse since 1998 and commenced Midwifery training in 2002. After completing her Bachelor of Science (Midwifery) in the United Kingdom, Ms Ball then moved to Australia, where she completed a Master of Science (Midwifery) at the University of Technology in Sydney.
Ms Emma Ball has held multiple senior midwifery roles, both internationally and within Australia. These include placements at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, New York, and Matilda International Hospital, Hong Kong. She has vast experience within labour wards, including antenatal and post-natal care. Currently she is a Senior Midwife at St George Private Hospital, Kogarah. Ms Ball is also responsible for teaching midwifery students within Ramsay Healthcare and has assisted in running an Emergency Skills Training Day for Midwives, RMOs and VMOs. Ms Ball finds a true sense of enjoyment and achievement through her teaching roles, as they allows her to share her knowledge and years of experience.
Ms Emma Ball is available for appointments in relation to independent medical examinations, workplace injuries, transport accidents, public liability matters and medical negligence claims. Ms Ball is also available for complex case discussion, file reviews and telemedicine assessments.
