Dr Matthew Jiang is a consultant Rheumatologist based in Melbourne. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2012 and completed his rheumatology specialist training in 2020. He holds a public consultant position at Western Health, where he is also involved as a supervisor for physician trainees and is an honorary Senior Lecturer with the University of Melbourne Clinical School.
He consults in a general rheumatology private practice and also sees rheumatology patients at Epworth, where he is the Clinical Lead for Rheumatology as part of the Internal Medicine Clinical Executive.
He is actively involved in rheumatology research and is part of the APLAR (Asia Pacific League of Rheumatology) Osteoarthritis Special Interest Group, as well as collaborating with a research team from Melbourne University investigating molecular markers in arthritis.
