Dr McLeod completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide. She completed the urology training program, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand. Dr McLeod has a Master of Surgical Education with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne.
Dr McLeod is appointed as a urologist at Geelong University Hospital, St John of God Hospital, Epworth Geelong and Colac Hospital. She is the Deputy Chair of the Victorian Regional Training Board for the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Deakin University and the Training Supervisor for urology trainees at Geelong University Hospital. Dr McLeod has multiple international urological and medical education publications and was the recipient of the Academy of Surgical Educators Surgical Education Research Scholarship.
Dr McLeod has served in the Specialist Advisory Group, as a Regimental Medical Officer and as a Specialist Communications Operator in the Australian Defence Force. She has undertaken humanitarian work in Tonga and the Solomon Islands. Dr McLeod maintains current continuing professional development certification.
Dr McLeod is available for appointments in relation to independent medical examinations and medical negligence claims. Dr McLeod is available for complex case discussion, file review and telemedicine assessments.
