A/Prof Solomon Menahem is a Nephrologist specialising in chronic kidney disease, dialysis, glomerulonephritis, kidney transplantation and hypertension. A/Prof Menahem has over 20 years of experience as a Renal Physician consulting across multiple Melbourne locations. In 2018 he was appointed Director of Renal Services at Latrobe Health.
A/Prof Menahem completed his medical studies at Monash University, then went on to complete his speciality training in Renal Medicine, being awarded a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. A/Prof Menahem has a PhD in IgA Nephropathy and has recently completed a Master of Public Health (Monash).
A/Prof Solomon Menahem has held various governance roles, including being a past Board Member for the Victorian Board of the Medical Board of Australia. He also lectures medical students at Monash University and is an accredited RACP examiner.
