Biography

Dr Nadi Radhakrishna is a Consultant Psychiatrist and co-founder of Acumen Psychiatry, a telehealth psychiatry service. Located in Melbourne, Dr Radhakrishna was recently Deputy Head of the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit at The Alfred Hospital. Dr Radhakrishna has extensive experience in both public and private settings contributing to her comprehensive, empathetic approach to psychiatric practice.
Dr Radhakrishna specialises in adult Psychiatry and began her medical training at The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Dr Radhakrishna completed her specialty training at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

Dr Radhakrishna was an active member of VANZAPT (Victorian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry Trainees), founding and co-editing the organisation’s newsletter. She has successfully supervised a number of registrars-in-crisis, having a deep interest in trainee welfare. Dr Radhakrishna is also alumnus of the Williamson Community Leadership Program, run by Leadership Victoria.

Dr Nadi Radhakrishna is currently completing the AMA Fourth Edition Impairment Assessment training and is available for appointments in relation to independent medical examinations, workplace injuries, transport accidents, public liability matters and total permanent disability. Dr Radhakrishna is available for complex case discussion, file review and telemedicine assessments.
