Dr Emma Foster is a Consultant Neurologist with an interest in epilepsy and headache medicine. Dr Foster specialises in adult neurology, treating adults aged 18 years and over. Dr Foster is committed to research, publishing numerous papers on epilepsy-related treatment, burden of disease, and cognitive effects.
Dr Emma Foster completed medical studies at Monash University, then went on to complete specialist training at Alfred Health and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Dr Foster is currently consulting at Alfred Health Melbourne.
Dr Foster is a member of the Epilepsy Society Australia, Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists and American Academy of Neurology. She is also a member of the International Headache Society, Australian and New Zealand Headache Society and American Epilepsy Society.
Dr Emma Foster is currently completing her AMA Fourth Edition Impairment Training. She is available for appointments in relation to independent medical examinations, workplace injuries, transport accidents, public liability matters, total permanent disability.
