Ms Avanthi Mandaleson is an orthopaedic surgeon and member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. She specialises in Hand and Upper Limb Surgery, including microsurgical reconstruction.
Ms Mandaleson is a visiting consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Austin Hospital, and hand surgeon at Monash Health. Her private practice is based around the North and Eastern regions of Melbourne and extends the provision of high-quality subspecialty care to regional Victoria.
Ms Mandaleson completed orthopaedic training at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA). She undertook further subspecialty training in trauma and hand and upper limb surgery in leading centres in Australia, as well as Wrightington Hospital, a leading orthopaedic upper limb centre in the UK, and Ganga Hospital in India, an international leader in microsurgical reconstruction.
