Dr Paul Fogarty is a Melbourne-based Respiratory and Sleep Physician with extensive experience in private and public practice. Dr Fogarty has a special interest in lung cancer, asthma, COPD, occupational respiratory disease and sleep apnoea.
Dr Fogarty consults privately in Box Hill and Ringwood. He established and is now director of Epworth Eastern Sleep Laboratory in Box Hill. Dr Fogarty is also a part of the Royal Flying Doctors Service Telehealth program, providing rural Victorians with access to specialist care. Dr Fogarty also holds a public appointment at Box Hill Hospital within Eastern Health, and a research appointment in the Eastern Clinical Research Unit of Monash University.
Dr Fogarty sits on the WorkSafe Silicosis Screening and Assessment Panel providing his expert insights on respiratory disease, particularly in relation to silica exposure in the stone benchtop industry. Dr Fogarty’s main current research interest is in Lung Cancer Screening.
