Dr Alan Kwan Ho Tse graduated from the University of Melbourne after being admitted to the degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. His postgraduate specialist training in anaesthesia was based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, but also included time at the Royal Women’s Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital and Western Health. He completed a fellowship in Obstetric Anaesthesia at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Dr Tse is currently appointed to the Royal Women's Hospital as a specialist anaesthetist in obstetric anaesthesia. In addition, he attends a number of Victorian private hospitals undertaking anaesthetics for gynaecological, orthopaedic, otolaryngological and urological surgical and as well as endoscopic cases.
Dr Tse maintains current professional development certification with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
Dr Tse is a research reviewer for the Internal Journal of Obstetric Anaesthesia and a member of the Anaesthetic Advisory Committee and also an Obstetric Anaesthesia Sub-Committee co-opted member at Epworth Healthcare.
Dr Tse enjoys snowboarding and the gym and is an avid Hawthorn supporter.
